WARNING-CHANGES TO BUOYS AND CERTAIN FIXED MARKS

Navigational aids on this chart are being amended
to the IALA Maritime Buoyage System (Region B)
(see NP 100). The relevant amendments to this
chart will be promulgated by Notices to Mariners
or by inclusion in a new edition, but this may not
be practicable until after changes to many of the
aids have taken place.
