TRANSHIPMENT AREAS

The area in position 10° 20’N 61° 34’W is restricted to
fully laden vessels of less than 200,000 dwt and for
ship-to-ship transfer operations. Other vessels should
anchor at least one mile to the east of this anchorage.
The letters A to F refer to designated anchorages within
the transhipment area. The OCTT Transhipment Area
(10° 21’N 61° 35’W) is for the exclusive use of
Oldendorff Carriers.
