FINNPILOT PILOTAGE LTD - PILOT ORDER SERVICES

Pilot order service is divided into three pilotage zones:
Southern, Eastern and Western pilotage zones. 
The service is provided from Pilot Order Center in Helsinki. 

Advance notice 12 hours before the arrival or the departure:

Give an advance notice to the Pilot Order Center 12 hours 
before the vessel’s arrival at the pilot boarding point or leaving the harbour.
Vessels arriving to the pilot boarding point in Utö or Mariehamn
shall provide advance notice 24 hours before their arrival at the site. 

A binding request 3 hours before the arrival and 2 hours before the departure:

A binding pilotage request has to be made to the Pilot Order Centre 
three (3) hours before the vessel arrives at the pilot boarding point and
two (2) hours before the departure from the harbour.

The information can be provided on a request form www.pilororder.fi , or 
by e-mail, fax or telephone. 
If there is a change of more than one hour in the time given in the advance notice, 
the Pilot Order Centre must be informed of the change without delay.
