PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE AREA (PSSA) : A IMO-approved PSSA is established 
in the Western European waters. A mandatory tanker reporting system (WETREP) is 
established in this area, for every kind of oil tanker of more than 600 tonnes 
deadweight, carrying a cargo of heavy crude oil, heavy fuel oils, bitumen and tar and
