Weather limitaion for berthing
The Single Buoy Mooring SBMs at the Sumed Sukhna terminal desigend to accommodate vessels up to the following maximum prevailing conditions:
Wind speed: 30 knots STOP CARGO, 35 knots DISCONNECT HOSES, 40 Knots LEAVE BUOY
Max.Tidal range: 2 meters
Max Wave height: 3.4 meters 
Current: surface 2 knots, seabed 1 knot
these parameters are relevent to the safety of buoy, not the ship.
