2.- The depths in this chart vary constantly due to the sediments provided by the Guayas River and the Estero Salado.
3.- The navigator in this area must take into account at all times the Regulations for Collisions and Collisions.
4.- Navigators should observe the current regulations, issued by the National Maritime Authority, for navigation in the aquatic spaces covered in this letter.
5.- Entry and exit maneuvers to the port area will be subject to the regulations established by the Port Authority with jurisdiction in the coverage area of this chart.

WARNINGS
1.- The navigator should not rely entirely on floating navigation aids, because they could be out of position due to external factors.

PRECAUTIONS
1.- To the southwest of Santa Clara Island, currents with north and northwest directions of up to 2 knots of force have been detected.
2.- Boaters should be careful, anchoring around Santa Clara Island presents a danger of submerged rocks.
