POSITION REPORTING SYSTEM
When the Reporting Points shown are being passed and on arrival / departure 
Esbjerg Harbour, a report must be given on VHF channel 12. The report must
contain: The name of the vessel, direction (inward bound / outward bound),
position, draught and name of master. On departure from the harbour vessels
must additionally state the  berth number. A vessel sailing in the opposite direction
must reply immediately so that the two vessels can arrange a safe passage. 
The system applies for vessels over 100 BT who are equipped with VHF.
