ANTARCTIC SPECIALLY PROTECTED AREAS (ASPA)

In accordance with the provisions of the Agreed Measures for the Conservation of Antarctic Fauna and Flora, the areas shown on this nautical chart have been designated as Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPA), as established in Annex V of the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty.
