INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NAVIGATION OF THE KNICK PASS
Maintain permanent attention to international VHF safety frequencies, channel 16 and channel 70.
On channel 16, issue a safety message, in Spanish and then in English, one hour before the crossing of The Knick Pass, in any direction, informing: Name of the vessel, position of the moment, direction of the crossing and estimated time in which you will find yourself on the Paso The Knick buoy. This same information should be repeated every 15 minutes until the end of your pass.
