MANUAL FOG SIGNALS
Mariners requiring horn to be turned on can activate it by clicking radio mike
five times within 5 seconds on channel 19VHF (156.95MHz).  Horn can be activated
with 1 watt power at 3 NM range. Horn will stay activated for 30 minutes and can 
be reactivated as required.
