1.Small vessels intending to traverse the main channel should pass via the crossing area and should not use the fairway for large vessels,try to use small vessel recommended route.Small vessels are prohibited from traversing any non-crossing areas.
2.When traversing the crossing areas,mariners are obliged to operate with caution,keep a good lookout and give a wide berth to passing vessels.
