1.Small vessels intending to traverse the main channel should cross via the designated zone and should not use the fairway for large vessels. Small vessels are advised to navigate along the recommended track and should not traverse any non-crossing areas. 
2.When traversing the designated areas, mariners are obliged to operate with caution, keep a good lookout and give a wide berth to passing vessels.
