1.Vessels entering Traffic Separation Scheme No.1 from the north of the virtual 
AIS in Precautionary Zone No.1 and those leaving Traffic Separation Scheme No.1, 
and then going to the south of the virtual AIS in Precautionary Zone No.1, must keep 
the virtual AIS at their W side, and should navigate with particular caution. 
2. Vessels navigate in Traffic Separation Scheme No.1 with the speed not exceeding 
12 knots.
