Of the tidal streams in internal side of Qingdao Gang and Jiaozhou Wan,the flood begins at LW running into the bay,and the ebb at HW running outward.Their maximum rates are 3kn at the entrance,1-2kn in the inner bay.The turns of the tidal streams take place gradually later from the entrance eastward.Within 10M eastward of the entrance,the east-going stream begins 1-2h after HW and the west-going stream 5-4h before HW.
