Water area of Quanzhouwan Gangqu is located at west of the line joining Xia'an Cun,Dazhui Dao, Xiaozhui Dao and Gufu Cun.The whole harbor area is divided into outer and inner harbors. Inner harbor is located within Jin Jiang,west of Jinqi Cun.Outer harbor,called Houzhu Zuoyequ also,is located at the water area from entrance to Luoyang Jiang.Houzhu Zuoyequ is the principal harbor of Quanzhouwan Gangqu.
