The speed of vessels navigating within the extension section and the channels beside Changjiang Kou deep water channel (except the authorized passenger liners and high-speed vessels) should not exceed 12 knots;vessels drawing less than 7m should navigate in the TSS outside the extension section of deep water channel. Three large vessels navigating abreast and vessels overtaking others are prohibited in one track of TSS.
