1.The area covered by this chart are all prohibited area,among which,Jinzhougang Gangqu,channel and anchorage are conditional opening water area and regulations should be executed when entering the above water areas.
2.There are three anchorages in Jinzhou Gang:The first Anchorage shown on this chart, the Second Anchorage centred on 40¡ã33'01"N,121¡ã26'33"E with a radius of 1M and the Third Anchorage centred on 40¡ã15'01"N,121¡ã22'03"E with a radius of 1M.  
3.The preferred channel for vessels home and abroad to enter the harbour is limited in the area joining the following four positions:40¡ã45'55" N,121¡ã05'03" E£»40¡ã38'25" N,121¡ã20'03" E£»40¡ã36'19" N,121¡ã20'03" E£»40¡ã43'49" N,121¡ã05'03" E. 
4.Tankers not more than 50,000 tons should,when passing the prohibited area, navigate along the one-mile-wide temporary channel joining 40¡ã15'01" N,121¡ã22'03" E;40¡ã32'01" N,121¡ã05'03" E and 40¡ã43'29" N,121¡ã03'12" E.No pilotage anchorage within the channel.
