The tide suffers local influence, varying according to the seasons. The mariner should not consider the effect of the tide without perfect knowledge of the area.

BUOYAGE OF RESTRICTED USE
Mariners should pay attention to existing buoyage, along the river, not updated at Notice to Mariners nor Radio Navigational warnings.  The buoyage may disagree with local bathymetry.
