TRAFFIC: The simultaneous passage by two ships in opposite directions, between the buoys 1,2,5 and 6 is not recommended. If there is a ship leaving the channel at the this area , ships that are navigating to the access channel entrance must wait outside the channel until that ship pass the alignment of buoys 1 and 2, when they shall continue to enter at the channel.
The simultaneous passage by two ships in opposite directions, between the buoys 11,13,14 and 16 is not recommended.
If there is a ship entering the terminal it must give preference of maneuver for the one that is leaving the terminal, with normally will be loaded. The entering ship shall wait for the leaving one reach at most buoy 11.
