DISCOLOURED WATER: The appearance of discoloured water zones South of Torres is usual, especially near the coast when wind blows SE. The phenomenon is temporary and does not imply existence of low depths.

TIDE INFORMATION: The medium spring tide level at Rio Grande Port is about 0,2m. The local water level is preferably determined by meteorological factors (wind and pressure).
